What do I need to manage my call capture system?
All you need is an Internet connection. For ease of use, we recommend a broadband connection. We can do your recordings, or you can record them yourself using a plain ordinary telephone or through the computer if you have a microphone.
Does ArchAgent require a contract commitment?
No. Your account is month-to month.
Can I use a toll-free number that I already own?
Certainly. We will provide a simple form for you to complete and return to us. We then submit the proper paperwork to obtain the number from your current carrier.
Will my toll-free number be accessible nationwide?
Yes. Your number is accessible nationwide and if needed, can be set so it can be accessed from Canada. However, if you prefer we can limit the calling area for your toll-free number to area codes that you specify.
How quickly can I have a number assigned and setup?
Powerline orders are normally processed the same business day. After we assign your number, you can be up and running in 15 minutes.
Do I need to purchase additional equipment to utilize ArchAgent’s services?
No.
How does ArchAgent capture the callers phone number?
We use Automatic Number Identifier (ANI) technology to capture the callers phone number. Though similar to Caller ID, ANI capture is a real time billing record. Therefore it cannot be blocked and is always captured.
