Where do you find the For Sale by Owner (FSBO) leads that you provide?
We search all the major local sources including online newspapers and public websites and various online classified sections where by owners advertise.
Do you scrub the Do Not Call list?
Yes, all phone records are check-boxed against the latest DNC list. Do Not Call rules have permissible exceptions, so we deliver all leads regardless if they are on the DNC list or not.
How often is the data updated?
We update everyday, 365 days a year, seven days a week.
What type of verification does the ad go through before it is delivered?
We use a multi-step process. First we reverse match the phone number to get an address and name. If an address is provided we reverse match the address to verify the phone number and name. Performing both reverse lookups assists us in providing a full postal address and correct owner name.
What type of quality assurance do you perform?
After the verification process, we cross-reference all results against a proprietary keyword database to delete agent owned, investor and other by owner ads that are not suitable for agent solicitation.
When do you deliver the leads?
Within 24 hours of the advertisement being harvested.
What formats are available for the daily emails?
The reports are available to be delivered in three formats. The "Summary" version, provides all of the essential listing details and is best suited for printing, the "Full Text" version provides all of the details about the listing including the entire advertisement, and the CSV version is designed for downloading and importing into contact managers.
Can multiple emails be sent each day?
Yes, we can send out multiple emails at different times of the day. Additionally, we can send out the report in multiple formats so you can have the data in a format best suited for you.
How do I download my leads to into a spreadsheet or import them into a contact manager?
Log on to the Arch web portal using your User Name and Password. Click on the "FSBO/Expired" tab and choose the "FSBO/Expired" Report. After you set your date range, select "CSV Download Version" from the drop-down menu and select "Get Report".
How do I change my base zip code?
You can change the base zip code by accessing the FSBO/Expired tab inside of the Customer Portal. However, if you need to change more than the last two digits, you will need to contact Customer Support. Please email us at support@archagent.com and include your Login along with the new zip code you would like to use in your search.
Can I adjust my mileage radius?
Yes, this can be changed through the web portal on the "FSBO/Expired" tab. You can change the radius from 1 to 50 miles and the table below will reflect the changes, displaying the areas and zip codes that will be covered.
I currently receive the Summary report by email, but would like to view the entire ad online, is this possible?
Yes, logon to the Arch portal, select the "FSBO/Expired" tab and choose the "FSBO/Expired" Report. After selecting your Date Range, choose the "Full Text" option in the drop-down menu and select "Get Report". There you will be able to view the entire ad as it was originally displayed.
Does your coverage area cross state lines?
Yes. By default we do adhere to state lines but if you are a licensed agent in the neighboring state this can be removed at not cost.
What areas do you cover?
We deliver all the leads by mileage proximity from the center of a “base” zip code you provide. We search up to a 50 mile radius around the center of that zip code. The total area is 250 square miles. You may lower your mileage radius using the zip code tool in the Arch portal.
